Due to the fragile nature of ceramic kiln furniture, no warranty, replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided for shipping-related damage, including broken corners, chipped edges, cracks, or breakage.
Customers are requested to inspect the shipment upon delivery and handle all kiln furniture with appropriate care during unloading, storage, and installation.
